    Type Description

    Many fluidic processes are moving increasingly closer to the point of action. In medical technology, for example, this enables treatments such as dialysis to be carried out in a patient friendly home environment. In analytical instruments, wash units are placed directly on the pipetting arm, and in inkjet printers, valves are positioned immediately at the printhead. These applications place high demands on the components used. Solenoid valves must switch almost silently and be both compact and lightweight to allow integration into mobile devices. At the same time, a long service life and excellent switching dynamics are essential. The Whisper Valve Type 6724 meets all these requirements. Thanks to its modular design and a range of material options, it can be used universally in a wide variety of applications. With its integrated ValveInsight functionality, the valve also offers intelligent monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. With integrated diagnostic functions, valves evolve into smart units that detect irregularities at an early stage and significantly enhance process reliability.

    • Ultra‑compact 8.9 mm design combined with outstanding chemical resistance
    • Optional diagnostic function via ValveInsight
    • DN 0.8 mm (vacuum up to 5 bar) and 1.2 mm (vacuum up to 3 bar)
    • Very fast, almost silent switching with < 20 dB (A) and very low power consumption
    • High back-pressure tightness, excellent cleanability and 100% duty cycle
