34th Karrieretag Familienunternehmen – Germany's leading recruiting and contact fair for family businesses at Bürkert
On 6 June 2025, Germany’s leading family businesses will meet at the Bürkert Campus in Ingelfingen-Criesbach for the 34th Karrieretag Familienunternehmen – Germany’s leading recruiting and contact fair for family businesses. The application phase has now started and interested parties can apply up to 12 May 2025 to take part.
The recruiting and contact fair was held once before at the Bürkert Fluid Control Systems campus in Criesbach back in 2017. The fluidics specialist will be hosting the event again in 2025. The Karrieretag Familienunternehmen is a joint initiative of leading family businesses, the Entrepreneurs Club and the Family Business Foundation. Owners and HR decision-makers have the opportunity to get to know highly qualified specialists and managers from all disciplines. Anyone who would like to participate in this setting and get to know other exciting companies, in addition to Bürkert, can apply to take part until 12 May 2025. Please note that places for applicants are limited.

The recruiting and contact fair is an important recruiting and networking event for family businesses. The event format is designed as a platform for companies to offer targeted solutions to the shortage of skilled labour in the form of direct exchange opportunities. Collaborations with universities, network partners and the media support the initiative and contribute to the long-term retention of skilled labour and the promotion of Germany as a business location.
