Casting parts

• Used materials: bronze, aluminium cast, grey cast iron and gunmetal
• 1 to 20.000 pieces
• Part weight: 5 g to 12 Kg
• Surface treatment: passivized, electro polished, black anodized, powder-coated

Special Requirements / Certificates

• Partially with 100%-leak test
• Normally the parts have to deliver with 2.2 respectively 3.1-certificate
• Materials according to drinking water approval DIN 50930-6

Stamping parts

• E.g. pins, pin terminal, grounding conductor, further electrical components, discs, coil flux guide
• Easy to complex stamping parts and stamping and bending parts
• Riveted single metal sheets up to punch-packed parts
• Used materials are electric strip, cold rolled strip, brass-, bronze or stainless steel strip
• 5.000 to 1.000.000 pieces
• Surface treatment: silver-plated, nickel-plated and zinc-plated

Springs

• Compression and tension spring
• Cylinder-, conical-, disk springs and also wire bending parts
• Different types of spring ends (closed and grinded, closed)
• Wire diameter from 0,1 - 15 mm
• Spring steels (after DIN EN 10270 Teil1): SH, FDSiCr, VDSiCr and 1.4310
• 100 to 500.000 pieces
• Surface treatment: oiled, oiled and phosphated, Delta Tone, mechanical zinced

Tubes and Fittings

• Tubes after DIN 11850 line 1, 2 and 3 and DIN 11866 line A, B and C
• Clamps + fittings after DIN 32676 line A, B and C and ASME BPE
• Flanges
• Tube forming parts / tube forming like e.g. hydroforming
• Material: 1.4305, 1.4404 und 1.4435

• Surface treatment: metallic bright, electro polished

        Special requirements / certificates

• Sometimes we need the 1.4435 material with ASME BPE and BN2 contented in the 3.1 certificate.

Deep-drawn parts

• Mostly very complex deep-drawn parts, difficult drawing rate
• Mostly very thin wall thicknesses 0,1 - 0,5 mm
• Small tolerances
• 50.000 to 1.000.000 pieces
• Mostly stainless steel (1.4303, 1.4404)

Surface treatments (metal parts)

• Electro polishing, mechanical polishing, coatings (for example PTFE, powder coating), nickel-plating, heat treatment, tempering
• Parts will be sent to you in advance
• Mostly small lot sizes

        Special requirements / certificates

• Electro polishing with inside cathode
