As we transition from the Enhanced Community Quarantine to the General Community Quarantine in the next few weeks, we continue to be one with the government’s efforts in battling the Covid-19 and preventing its spread.
Below are the changes in Burkert Philippines operations during the Modified ECQ period starting from May 16 to 31, 2020:
- Customer Sales and Technical support teams will continue to serve and support you remotely thru our mobile phones, email and various digital platforms.
- On-site sales and service support is available but may be limited due to restrictions on personnel movement in some areas, but please contact us to be able to find and arrange the best solution for you.
- Deliveries will now resume from our warehouse and scheduled pick-up maybe arranged for very urgent ones.
- We encourage collection and payment transactions to be done electronically through the different banking platforms available.
There may still be delays in our delivery and response times due to the dynamic situation affecting all sectors and processes in our country. We apologize for the inconvenience caused but rest assured we are committed to meeting your requirements and needs in the soonest possible time.
We all look forward to the gradual relaxation of the ECQ towards GCQ by June 1, 2020.
